As a locally owned company, our goal at Sofben is to maintain a lean operation that is simple and hence reduces costs, ensuring that our products remain affordable and within reach to as many consumers as possible. In keeping with this, we work with various multinational companies to offer varied affordable but quality choices to our customers.
Sofben was incorporated early January 2020 by Kenyan pharmacists John Wanjohi and Dr. Hillary Kagwa Gichuki who have over 20 years of experience working as pharmacists in the public service. Our professionalism and commitment to deliver as specified has gained us trust and has largely contributed to our rapid growth.
Since the incorporation of Sofben, the company has continued to make strong incremental growth of sales which is a testament to the experience and influence wielded by its founders. We pride ourselves on our existing strong relationships with reliable partners with whom we have built synergies that help us achieve our goal to minimize costs without sacrificing quality. Sofben is registered the Pharmacy & Poisons Board. We currently directly supply to the public via KEMSA as well as directly supply to various pharmacies, hospitals and county governments. In addition, we also supply to customers in Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Somalia and Sudan.
